Dear God, please help me get this process approved as quickly as possible. I want to take my daughter to see her grandparents who are sick. I haven't seen them for 5 years, I have faith in you, God, that you will do it not only for me but for all these people who are waiting

My mom filed I-130 ( for umarried child over 21 years old) for me on May 2020 and on Nov 2023 it said my case is being actively reviewed along with the processing time of 5 months until decision. It's now on "2weeks" until decison but I have heard some people said I should not count on USCIS's my progress. Is it true? Does anyone know when will my case got approved? I already in US right now under F1 visa.
