AOS Portability Green Card i-485J
I reached portability 6 months after filing the i-485.
Is it worth moving employers if unhappy with current employer? Or should I suck it up until green card approval?
Whats is the impact if I change employer? Any impact on green card process?

My timelines of filings are same as your's, how are you going to change employer without EAD? I am still waiting for EAD as well. I would suggest to wait for the 485 approval for favorable results.

@S B I have an H1B, technically they could just transfer it to the next employer right?

@Andy L Since your profile you are marked as eb1-3 I thought you are on L1A. But if you are on H1B and completed 180 days after I140 approval and 485 filing, you can move to similar Job description without any issues and file 485j accordingly.

@Andy L it is safe! YouTube reddy and Neumann videos on ac21. they explain everything in detail. but application pending for 6 months with i140 approved for months and you should be good

You should be good moving to a new employer, and you should submit I-485J in case they call you in for interviews.
