RFE Medicals
Received RFE for medical for polio vaccine. Did a blood test which proved I have immunity. Civil surgeon requested I take the Hepatitis B vaccine and respond to the RFE. I took one shot of the the vaccine at Walgreens and sent the forms to USCIS. I scheduled a second shot of the Hep B vaccine for next moth.
My question is will USCIS approve my application with one shot of the Hep B vaccine or will they wait until I send proof of the second shot?
Emergency Advance Parole Fee
asking about EAP again. Does anyone know if they always ask for you to pay the fee for the Advance Parole when you are going for the emergency one? I have an expired Advance Parole and I used a few waiver for it. I have not renewed my advance parole but I am wondering if when I go for the emergency advance parole, they would ask me to pay the $600 fee. Anyone have experience with this?

In regard to the status of your application, the USCIS has not made any kind of decisions on the application yet, and I do not see any evidence that the USCIS has requested any additional documentation, or that you are missing anything. The application is currently processing with the Queens Field Office. We do not have visibility of when the application was moved. I do not see evidence that the interview has been either waived or scheduled. Often the USCIS will relocate the applications along the way to temporary locations for processing to reduce the processing times. If the USCIS ends up wanting to conduct an interview, they will eventually relocate the application to your closest local field office to facilitate that. Unfortunately, since the processing time is so vast, and it is a case by case scenario, there is no way to predict how long the application will stay at a non local USCIS office for processing.
QUESTION about travel to US
I am a US citizen living in Canada with my husband who is a Canadian citizen. We applied for I 130 outside of the US and are waiting in the processing phase.
We may need to travel to the US for a family medical emergency.
Has anyone ever traveled to the US while in the I 130 process? I do not want to jeopardize our application and would not travel for leisure however this is somewhat of a unique situation.
Any feedback is helpful, thank you!
filing I-485 with expired passport
My PD is march 20, 2023(EB2-NIW), very close to become current. I have valid I-20 until end of next year.
My passport will expire in October, I would really appreciate it if anyone has any experience adjusting their status with expired passport while maintaining their student status

A question unanswered in the I-129F application?
Hey there,
I noticed that we have left a question unanswered in our application. The question is if the beneficiary has ever been in the US. I have not been in the US before and have never applied for any kind of visa to visit the US. I do not know how that would affect our application and the timeline? I'm sad, nervous and it is just incredibly hard to be away from my wife. What should I expect? How long does it usually take for a spouse living abroad to get his case approved?
