Inconsistent Emma chat response
Last week and earlier this week Emma live chat support said my application and my spouse application is at Spokene FO. But today they are saying it is still at NBC for my spouse and mine is still in transit to the field office. Don’t know what to trust? Has anyone experienced this before? How do we get trusted information?
Finally it’s Approved..
EB1A Approved today morning..earlier case remains pending .PD June 2021…140 approved 2022 July.

1) CAN YOU PLEASE SHARE WHAT WAS REQUESTED IN YOUR RFE?
2) HOW LONG AFTER YOU RESPONDED TO RFE BEFORE YOU GOT AN ANSWER FOR GC?

hello I called USCIS today to ask for my I-485 and I-131 (Eb1c) and the service agent said that USCIS is still going through the pre-checks they need to do before they make a decision on my application… my application is still at NBC.
have anyone received a similar answer and also what “pre-checks” do they need to run?

I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition
My mom has filed the I-730 to request for me to join her asylum (I am currently in the United States). Does anyone have an estimate of the current processing times?
