Partially Banned Countries
it seems vawa cases from the 75 countries either partially banned or fully banned are paused. I reached out to my congressman and was told the cases are banned by the policy and there’s nothing they can do but will keep monitoring & let me know. I’m trying to be realistic we might have to wait till 2029 after this administration is over. I don’t want to keep checking the app and hoping for what is not there. Anyone in the Same situation. I’m only thankful I have my ead/ap till 2029. Hopefully a republican doesn’t win the next presidency.

Any green card approvals for 2022 batch yet ? Are there 2021 pd’s green card approved applicants in this community, who can share their experience and give hope to 2022 batch and also others waiting .

oct 2021 RFE
For those anxiously waiting with an October 2021 priority date: they are currently reviewing cases with that date. I received an RFE today; I don't know what it's for yet, but I believe it concerns the medical exam. My case had been pending since October 2022. My case is being processed in San Diego, CA.
