Domestic Travel
is it safe to travel domestically either flying or driving. I had overstayed my visa previously and have pending vawa since 45 months. any suggestions will be highly appreciated

everything is up on the air now, i do have a pending vawa too for 44 months pending too. i do have a travel permmit and work permmit and i have never had an issue at all. i even went to hawaii

I can only speak from my own experience, but I flew to Los Angeles last month and drove to Atlanta last week without any issues. Just follow the laws of each state, especially speed limits and traffic signs. I’m in Texas, by the way.
