485 status changed to New Card Is Being Produced from CRP Case Remains Pending
My PD(Nov 2021) was current from July 2024 & it went to CRP in mid August. So with FY2025 started on Oct 1, new visa numbers are available & they are approving the cases in CRP. Good luck to all who are current.

I have responded to the Medical RFE and it was received by the USCIS on September 10, 2024 (according to DHL tracking). However I haven’t received any update on the app yet. Anyone with similar knowledge, information please provide your input. What would be the next step and how long it might take to get approved for the GC? Thank you!!

Applying for my dad
I am not sure why is it taking so long. My dad is a French citizen, resident in Mexico City (my sister and I are Mexicans). My mom died 3 years ago and since we both, me and my sister, live in the US we want to bring my dad to be close.
The weirdest part is that last week his ESTA was moved from approved to pending and now it was cancelled without any reason, he visit us often (1-2 times a year for about a week each time), he was here in in August with the NEW ESTA approved and now, no ESTA and no movement from the case. He has consistently traveled legally to the US since the 70’s.###
Any idea of what could be going on?

Job Switch Post Green Card
Hello all.
So, I received green card 2 months back. Now my client has offered me to join the client’s company full time and leave my current company (this company filed my i140 and i485) .
So, is it advisable to join now or wait at least 6 months before leaving the sponsor company? If I join now will there be any complications / denial for Naturalization process?
