I have responded to the Medical RFE and it was received by the USCIS on September 10, 2024 (according to DHL tracking). However I haven’t received any update on the app yet. Anyone with similar knowledge, information please provide your input. What would be the next step and how long it might take to get approved for the GC? Thank you!!

@Rom Sin which FO? we sent our RFE response to Hialeah FL and according to FedEX it was received on Sept 3. so far no update

@Sunny B My lawyers office sent it . So I don’t know where they sent it. I just got the update from my lawyers office that it has been signed and received by USCIS on September 10th. (according to FedEx tracking). My case it at NBC . What’s your PD ? You can check my timeline above.

July 2015, Our case was transferred from NBC to boise field office ( which issued the rfe).

@Rom Sin my PD is aug 2021 . usually the RFE has an address where it came from .
