How can 70% of cases be processed , but NONE of my bucket?!
Can someone clarify Lawfully’s case processing trends chart for me?
I filed my I-129F in May 2024. The “case processing trend” shows that 70% of cases for my month have already been processed. However, when I check similar cases filed on the same date as mine, none of the 15 cases have been processed.
Isn’t this contradictory? Which data should I trust?
Case approved
I got my cases approved respectively on October 10 and October 11. How long does it take to get the card in hand? Because since the approval, I didn’t get any notice about the card production. Thank you everyone and good luck!

having trouble about delay
my field office for I 485 is Kansas which is national benefits center I was asked second RFE which I was asked to send federal plaza New York it’s been 24 days I sent but didn’t receive anything yet not even update about receiving the evidence I sent do you guys have same issue is this something I have to worry about
