Applied March 1 2021 ..Wawa approved December 2023..waiting on 1485 ..Rfe for medical, biometric and recently I864-w was sent to Field Office in NY .case was at Vermont, transferred to NVC and now at FO

Applied April 2021 , vawa approved on May 2024 .. Still pending i-485

applied for VAWA in May 3,2021. vawa approved in June 15,2024 without no c31 card. after calling USCIS and chatting with Emma non stop almost everyday since vawa approval and later involved my congressman.. i485 finally moved 4 days ago, says rfe was sent. hopefully it’s my medical.
