#eb3 Did anyone receive RFE from Kendall Field Office in Miami FL? If yes how long it took you from RFE received to decion made?
I sent them the RFE and the status changed to REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE WAS RECEIVED.
I want to know who recently got approved or denied after they sent the RFE. #EB3case
processing time
I keep calling USCIS they keep saying I can’t speak to a tier 2 Officer that my case is still in processing time I have applied since March of 2021 and went for interview since March of 31 2022 Since then nothing I just spoke to one of their agent who said I should wait till June of 2023.That’s is so sad
