call the USCIS number, say infopass to speak to an agent. Then expedite it based on what category - financial loss e.t.c. Have all you documents ready they can request for it later.

can u call the regular uscis number for VAWA?

@M W that’s why I asked because I am confuse

calling didn’t work for me because I was told that they cannot do anything through phone for VAWA applications. I however used my congressman, got denied then Senate’s office and got approved that same day.

I did that by Congressman ,but they denied it after 30 days ,10 days after that uscis approved my 765 and 131 . they didn’t reuse my old biometric and sent me to that almost 1 month of my approval.

calling does not work you have to write them

I went on Google to search for my senate’s office email addresses and I sent an email to the senate, Cc the others and I got a call from the office asking about my situation. They sent me a form to fill out with evidences. That same day USCIS responded to the senate and approved my EAD

doctor’s surgery letter for my toddler, eviction notice from landlord, credit card statement, my briefing letter has so much emotions attached to it

@meee meee how long were u waiting? olus thank you for this information! i did the same today after i was rejected for a position because of my work permit! i called they sent me the form but nothing yet

My receipt notice was August and I got the EAD in March
