Filing for children abroad

I have a brother that has green card and want to file for his children abroad, he didn’t put their names when filing I-130 initially. My question is can he file for them without any problem? thanks

Can I leave the question 47 (passport number) blank on I-130 blank.

since the beneficiary has applied for passport but will take alot of time get hold of one and I want to file I130 mean while the beneficiary will get a passport.

RFE on I-485. Nothing in documents

I received and RFE notification this morning and my status has changed online but there is nothing my documents stating what the RFE is for. Does anyone know if this sometimes takes a while to appear in my documents?

Happy New Year everyone!!! I have had my case pending since 2018 but I have a valid working permit. Quick question please.

i have 3 of my kids cases pending and right mow i had a notification that one case is due for case inquiry. so i tried checking the processing time and guess what? all the 3 cases are in Potomac nut one case is telling me the processing time is 3.5 months to 7 months and the 2 other cases are saying 12.5 to 16 months. i don't get it, am confused, anyone here with such experience please??

my question is, do I need to include my husband children on his previous marriage (not minor) and my child in my previous marriage (minor) when filling up my n400 form. and my husband ex wife died, do I need to include her death certificate aside from divorce papers.
