mine is stuck “ new card is being produced “ for 60 days , however I got my approval notice for 360 10 days after my update on uscis, they wrote on my approval notice I didn’t request for EAD card base on 360 , then I am not receiving it , which I don’t care about it , have 5 years valid ead card base on pending 485 , nothing changed on my 485 so far , some members here already got RFE for their medical 485 and their case move to other office.

@hope hope I received my approval notice in 10days and the notice says “You are authorized to work under C31 classification, so it means my attorney has requested for the EAD(C31) as well, but honestly I am least bothered about the EAD card cause I already have my combo card which is valid for 5 years. I am waiting for an update on my I-485.

@March 2023 :uscis employees are the Worse employees ever, they’re careless , don’t care about people like us. I sent my documents on January 30,2023 , stiup Officer recorded , January 20,2023 we got your application, I don’t know how come🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. After 10 months they sent me EAD card , which has an error, my country of brith is different country than where I was born. I am sure , after vawa got approved EAD card will send automatically to applicant , don’t need to apply for that at beginning . Base on other members experience. they wrote that stupid thing on my approval notice what I am not eligible for c31 ead. Hope I am getting my 485 approval soon , and not deal anymore with these stupid Officer.The Officer who was signed on my application is careless and dumb person.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

and also I forgot to mention they sent me a separate notice along with my Vawa approval notice which says: INITIAL GRANT OF DEFERRED ACTION: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has decided to place this case under deferred action, which is an administrative choice to give some cases lower priority for removal. Therefore, USCIS does not anticipate instituting action for removal at this time. Deferred action wil remain in effect for a period of 15 months from the date of this notice, unless terminated earlier by USCIS for reasonable cause and upon appropriate notice.

I have never been in to removal proceedings and I am currently maintaining my legal status H1b.

same here,approved 15 days ago,received approval notice 10 days after approval,no ead and nothing on 485

my i360 has change to new card is being produced 4 days ago I don’t receive a latter in the mail yet but I received my EAD renewal 2 weeks ago . and on my i485 says biometric is being applied to your i485 3 days ago . that’s it I hope I don’t wait long in Jesus name for my GC because I already waited 3 years .
