16 days so far since they received my response to RFE

mine was only hours after submitting the rfe, what category ate u guys?

i think it depends on whether it was submitted online or by mail

I submitted everything as they requested by mail the received it has 27 days nothing hear back from them

we respond by mail

mine its still orange and request for additional evidence, i already submitted the documents

mine is being 4 months and nothing yet. but I already got my EAD and AP

after getting the approval the nxt day they change my status to case approved and case closed

Angelica I can see only they received the initial evidence that’s it, but what you think? as I spoke with uscis agent she told me to wait at the least 60 days this waiting killing us

by the way what’s ref or noi any one has any experience for noi? thanks in advance

Angela, what’s your pd? I did online and I’m still waiting is all depends nobody know time or anything like that :/ …. usually medical RFE is fast but yeah for the other RFE can take 60, 90 or more days :/

@mamu bee. was it was medical rfe or something else I thought about doing it online but my lawyer told me to send them the mail sealed envelope and wait for it can I upload the copy of it online

@waiting uscis its something else however when they requesr for an rfe, on your online accnt there is an option to response thru online

all my response was thru online and its much faster

I got my approval today after 28 days as I sent my ref

Mine took just a day, send it via USPS express mail, got there the next day and someone signed for it, that same day mine changed to “response to USCIS request for evidence received “

It has been more than 150 days since the delivery of my response to RFE. But the status still shows as "Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent", is there any thing we can do?
