My EAD was approved April 2nd and on April 20th my case updated to “Card was mailed to me” but I haven’t received anything nor my approval notice and SSN. I contacted uscis and they said they couldn’t provide me with a tracking number but if I don’t receive my card by May 5 to do an inquiry. Did anyone experience anything similar on the first time or just in general?

@K F sometimes if you didn’t get the ssn in the mail and you get the EAD card that means you have to go down to social security to apply for SSN April 20th was a weekend so you can’t count the weekend into that so probably by tomorrow are Monday you should receive it

@Kenia F sorry to hear, I was approved on the 24th I received my approval notice yesterday the 29th and my SSN is coming in the mail today. I’m still waiting on the EAD card

UPDATE: I called my attorney and she had my EAD card sent to her address and she never called me bc they are waiting on the SSN …. smh and I am over here thinking I am not getting anything and might have to file inquiry 😩
