you was supposed to call them before the due date but try to call then to see or if you moved and didn’t updated it they will probably send it to the old address

Give it at least 10days from update on the site/app. You'll have at least 31days to prepare from when you receive it

mine was scheduled on Wednesday 2 and got the letter on Monday 7, only takes 5 days.

Maybe the interview date isn't available yet. You should try calling the customer service again and speaking to a live agent.

Aisha G, my interview was scheduled on June 4, also....I used Emma to speak with an Agent and the Agent told me my interview date and time. I still haven’t received a physical copy of my receipt.

who is Emma?

Emma is the USCIS version of Siri I guess you would call it. it’s an automated help for USCIS. Go to the USCIS website and click on Ask Emma, it will get you through to an Agent.

I did live chat btw but they said interview is not scheduled yet. Apparently “ready to schedule” doesn’t mean that interview is scheduled. So just have to wait for a while to receive the notice
