Wait! what? I filed in December 15th 2022 and I did already receive my work permit and sent my medical to them. Your EAD is way out of processing time. You should request to speak to a tier 2 officer.

I feel frustrated for you. like how is this possible? people get approve who filled recently and you haven’t even received a biometric appointment? contact them everyday or use congressman. This is crazy

Go to Uscis website , scroll down and click on FOIA follow instructions to see what will happen. This is way to long for no updates!!!!..

@HyoungChul Moon Did u change your address since you submitted your applications? January of what yr did u apply for EAD and advanced parole? I applied 16 days before u did. Submitted my medical a month ago and waiting on my last decision 🙃 (i485). You need to contact your Congress person or Senator asap!!! This is unbelievable😱

You can make inquiry via local congress, also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
