what’s your guys timeline? Mine: PD 03/2021 EAD and AP approved in August / interview in August. after interview: case under review and now fingerprints

my PD is current. Filed April 27th 2022, i140 was approved in October, then transferred to NBC and as of this past week it was heading to the Tampa field office. Got my EAD a few months back but still waiting on AP

i got interview on Aug 4, 2022, then my status case remains pending no visa numb immediately available on sept 21 and oct 17 changed to fingerprint were taken, its already deep in the shell of NBC

Theres one eb1 I think. I’m just worried because after interview my case change tô must be reviewed. after That fingerprints and still on the field office. very afraid that it takes forever for decision

@P P unfortunately, nothing yet. I am still waiting for EAD approval. my 140 was approved on 10/10/22. can someone shares me how long can I get the EAD approval?

mine took 10 months to EAD be approved 11 for parole
