i don’t got the notice yet once i will have then i can say what they are asking i moved to another state so may be they need clearance from the state i live in now but there could anything they want

@jack jag noid and rfe are not the same. rfe means they need more document and will specify what they actually need. noid means they’ve seen all you provided but are not convinced enough
