@V S I was going to ask you about the AP production. mine was just approved today but worried it’s never going to come in the mail. what the heck! it seems like our time is coming but I asked Emma today and she said my case is STILL AT NBC. I don’t get why it hasn’t been transferred to a field office yet.

@w s Yeah! My AP was approved April 10th, produced April 11th. But nothing after that. I got in touch and they told me to file an e-request if I don’t receive it within 60 days. But I’m hoping 60 days from now, the green card will be approved 🤣🤣 HOPEFULLY! And yes… it should be in a field office already, for what I understand. I talked to a live agent that told me my case is in Charlotte since July 2023…

@w s Does USCIS notify both petioner and beneficiary via email. I'm tired of checking and getting anxious. Does this app also notify? I just want to stop looking but don't want to miss out in the event gets approved

@Shaw Mar my husband never signed up for updates so I’m not sure if petitioner gets them. but you definitely should. yes the updates are almost immediate on text and this app if they have taken action then you can login and see the update. I check all the time even though I know this information 😂. to be honest I knew something was going to happen soon because my cases changed from taking longer than expected for MONTHS to all of the sudden 2 months then a few weeks all within a week. and the date on my RFE changed last week. I only knew that info by checking online but did it change the outcome? NOPE LOL

@V S I am in Charlotte too so maybe I should hope that it gets approved at NBC which an Emma told me is possible. who knows. I’m just over it!!!

@w s What was your RFE for? I did not get any. I tried submitting everything I could at once! Medical, Taxes, Pictures, everything! And I have also uploaded additional documents on their website last week (2023 taxes that we just filled together last April [2024], joint car insurance, joint phone bills, new pictures, etc.) 🙏 Now hoping it’ll happen sometime during summer!!!

@V S it was for my long form birth certificate that my lawyer didn’t tell me was necessary until we basically submitted. she was like “oh they might ask for it”. so I ordered it right away and uploaded it but they asked for it anyways. I’m pretty sure that delayed my case. they just applied it to my file last week after 7 months!!! I haven’t added my joint tax return etc but maybe that’s a good idea. we literally have 2 children together so our marriage is super bona fide. lol.

@w s Well, at least when one of the 2 of us gets approved, we know the other one will be soon too, since we’re both in Charlotte Field Office and similar PDs! 🎉

@V S mine was approved on April 22 an I have received mine the same week on Saturday it's a paper not a card. that's weird that you have not received yours PD May 5.

@fran fine Yeah… I received the paper that says it was approved. The notice. But not the actual document.

@w s the same exact thing has happen to me has well. my case changed from taking longer than expected to 2 months then a week AP got approved then I saw my Rfe date changed as well in a few weeks too. I thought I was the only one seeing this.

@V S I got both in the mail. oh wowww well 60 days it is but it's coming. might as well send the green card.

@fran fine we have almost the exact same timeline so far except 2 weeks apart. wishing you a speedy approval! I was hoping the date change on my RFE meant they’d look at my 485 but I will take all the progress I can get!

@w s I have been watch your updates as soon as you said that yours changed from longer than expected to 2 months...I went straight to my account and saw the same thing. I hope so too when you get approved I'm right behind you that's how I feel...lol

@w s @fran fine my progress on my 130 just went to 14 months!!! its been 1 week down to taking longer than expected then 6 months then 5 months in the last few weeks. just now: 14 months!!! what the actual F is going on. I actually started to laugh when I saw that

@w s @fran fine mine was 4 months, but then changed to 5 months like 3 weeks ago. Then 4 months again. But yesterday changed back to 5 months and still is 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Not accurate at all, since all 3 of us are getting approved in JUNE!!!

@fran fine ❤️ Yes, it will definitely be JUNE for us, since it’ll be almost 14 months ate the end of June. That’s usually what we’re seeing happening in this app. April fillers are almost 100% approved at this point and the rest will be approved during May. Ours is happening sometime during June 🙏❤️

@V S yes my 130 has been showing received since day 1. I am in the US, yes. I live in Charlotte NC.

@w s Yeah… I thought only my case was still showing only “received”. I see a lot of people saying they got their second “actively reviewing” right before approval. And I was like “I don’t even have the FIRST actively reviewing hhahahaha”. My 485 does show “actively reviewing” tho. And yeah, we’re neighbors! I live and work in Charlotte!!!

@V S my i130 is just showing case received. I'm in the US,and my i485 has changed received date to April 16, not even saying actively reviewing.

@V S no @fran fine is saying that the RFE received date changed in April. Mine just changed last week (I sent my RFE in October) but the cases are still showing the RFE received not “active review”. I did get an active review on 485 last year right after biometrics when my EAD was approved.

yes I did, it was showing rfe received on july 18,2023. then I don't remember if it was you who had a similar situation and then I looked and it changed. the thing is I'm seeing on this app that my i485 is actively reviewed from July 2023 but not on my account on uscis.

@V S @fran fine I think our 130 approval will come after our first active review since ours didn’t go into active review with the 485 at biometrics. I am not worried about my 130 at all for RFEs. if they don’t approve after they see the 2 children and pictures of my husband at the births of them and the many family reunions and events and trips we have been to together… then they are crazy.

@w s @fran fine Yeah!!! I haven’t received any RFE from them since I filed my case. Sent everything at once and they haven’t asked for anything so far. I’ve been seeing May approvals on casestatusext.com but there is also a ton of approvals for people that literally just submitted their applications which I find absolutely bonkers.

@w s - Same here! Canadian, married for 9 years, together for 14, have 2 Children together. My Husband was born here but has dual-citizenship US/ Canada. Super thankful for my EAD approval though.

@w s if you check the premium for your case here in the app, says that April has 65% of the cases approved and May is at 35% at this moment. I know it only shows the cases registered on this app, but is still a good resource to understand where USCIS is…

@w s case closed on my i131 already received the paper four days after approval.

@V S I don’t put much weight on those stats. we all see that nothing they do really makes sense. most 130s are being approved in 12.5 months but it’s not all… and some long cases make no sense

if you did not get a combo card they will sent that as your AP

when I got the approval the next day it was produced then on Saturday the same week I got the notice plus the AP..I hope that helped :-)

@fran fine Lol that’s not what I’m trying to ask you 🤣 My question is: What shows on your I-765? What is the last message it shows? For example, mine shows “Your document was produced”. Is it also the last message yours show? Or does it show like “Your document was picked up”?

@fran fine And no, I did not receive it yet! It was approved April 10th, then on April 11th it changed to “Document was produced”. And nothing since then.

@V S my i765 says it was delivered to the post office and a tracking number. which I got the card before they sent the tracking number.

@fran fine Yeah… I’m thinking about calling them to maybe have someone looking at my case. But since it hasn’t been 60 days yet, I’m a little afraid that it would look bad for me to be calling. My hope is to whenever I tell the agent that my AP wasn’t delivered, that the agent can help having someone looking at the whole application!

@fran fine So I called and about the I-131, the woman put on a request for my local office to contact me via email within 30 days about the Advance Parole not being delivered yet. 🤣 By the time they get in touch, it will be the 60 days from approval, so that’s not going to help a lot. Only thing is that I hope it triggers them to look at the rest of the case. When I asked her if there was anything we could do to help trigger an agent to look at my I-130, she said “Your spouse, the citizen that applied for you, has to call about that case”. And I’m at work. So basically nothing happened 🤣 Hopefully that will trigger Charlotte Field Office to look deeper into the whole application!!!
