My guess is if they dont have any concerns on your case then they will approve your 131 & 765 in the mean time. and finally approve your 485 when PD becomes current.

@S J can you please share what type things they are verifying dur interview? did they asked your paystubs or only job offer? any questions about doing sponsor job or not?

@S J I dont see any reason that they would deny your application. In facts if your 485 is pending more than 6 months, you can switch employer without abandoning the application as well.

@ana Ruiz That’s not good that she asked the same questions. But I know they’re sensitive cuz they do lots of interviews to applicants all day.

Both terms are basically the same. The latter one comes after the interview whereas CRP does not necessarily require Interview.

I had my interview on 4th January my case is being reviewed. the lady I did interview with she said I will get the decision within 120 days just reached 90 days last week. hope to hear from them soon

let's see, when i do the interview they said it will take not more than 120 after the interview, if everything with my paper work it's ok it will come out. I have seen other peope atlist 3 of them they got the Greencard within that period. so let's wait and see but it can not reach 2026 never on this I believe! this people if your paper work is correct they work on the time they give you.
