I765 timeline delay
Waiting for update on i539 and i765 applied during dec 2020. Do we still need biometrics for the same?Confused as I notice few members postings about recent biometric appointments in July.

I539 + first time I765 , receipt date 12/23/2020. Gave biometrics on 5/5/21 no further updates..

same situation. looking like a total of 290 days wait. some people were required for bio and some were not. I would not worry about this

My case got approved but USPS lost my card due to a burglary and it was not delivered to me. Have to file a new I-765 form for replacement card. God only knows how long its going to take again. Already waited for close to 10months.

janani ravi..is your EAD filed along with l2 extension ? when was your case approved?

janani ravi..I guess you can just request for a lost card instead of filing new form all together.. please check with USCIS customer care

mine is h4 ead. yeah I spoke to tier 2 but they said to file a new i765 stating that is the process for replacement card as well.
