I-130 Delayed and Expedite Request Denied
I got this response from USCIS through my congressman below. I applied for my wife on April 19, 2022.. I’m a U.S. citizen. I’m so concerned now. processing at the Texas Service Center is 11.5 months. it’s been 10.5 Months.. any one ever got such a response from USCIS? I’m stressing out…
The processing of your petition or application has been delayed. All petitions or applications received by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are required to have routine security checks that are resulting in delays of the adjudication of petitions or applications.

mine is in the Vermont Service Center :( just called them .. omg 16 Months processing

@helloworld world My petition was at Vermont. It took 383 days for approval (Feb 2, 2022 to Feb 21, 2023)

@helloworld world We tried to inquire through our congressman but were told that our case didn’t meet the requirements for them to get involved

my only concern is their response is that my case has been delayed… so idk what that means.. especially that they said they don’t know or can’t give me a timeline
