how long do I have to wait for a prima facie my case it’s been 5 month since it got transferred to Vermont
was originally in national benefits center with my gc case . I have a pending gc from my abuser but he didn’t show up to my interview only I did but the agent gave me 30 days to file for vawa my attorney eventually to filed it I’m worried because I’ve been here for 7 years and still no immigration status my husband messed up my first immigration interview from another case and I had to reapply again I haven’t seen my family in years I don’t know how much I can take plus I have no work authorization currently

it's not must to get PF , I saw someone got approved without PF, but hope they will send it to you

PF is a good sign for sure. but you have to file for VAWA and wait for many years to get approval I believe your 2 year GC can’t be renewed. I filed in 2018 and got denied in 2023 and refiled and still waiting. last week got PF and this week for ead and AP. this is a hard process. some people return back to their country. others wait and perish mentally here bco of the Gren card hahah
