@vikk kum and @N H please reach out to your elected officials and explain in details what’s going on with your case and they will assist in getting your issues resolved.

I did but they told my congressman that the case is confidential and can’t be discussed with no one other than the applicant which is me😂

July 2018 and I filed for everything February 2017

I have my rejected on October 21 last year because my payments was wrong I resent but nothing is moving 🙃😪

@NH did you tried contacting ombudsman or congressmen or local senators , sometimes VAWA takes 4 years that too when they are not convinced with all the proofs,4 years is way too long for GC,did you talk to your lawyer about this!! what did they say ??
