Expedite request Potomac center
I received this email more than 40 days after expedite request. who has experienced this and when do you think I’ll get a response. It doesn’t even say expedite request received in my account just AR.
“ Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, to request expedited processing of your case. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
The expediting of a case allows it to be sent quickly to an officer for adjudication. However, your case is currently under review by an officer. We regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of your application.”

it means your case is already with an officer for adjudication so no need to for an expedite all you got to do is to pray that the officer give his decision fast.

Hi Emmet, does this mean it might as well be within normal processing time before I get a decision? 🤦♀️

I think it’s beyond the normal processing time, if you want it fast and can’t wait you can sue them.

what is your timeline? that can help give a better picture of your situation. my husband's i130 case is at Potomac, priority date March 18th 2022, under active review since June 24th 2022. no word at all yet, it's day 337 of waiting now.
