dec 4 2023 still waiting, no update yet and my old one will expire June

Dec 1, still waiting. Old one has expired. I renewed it Oct but my lawyer sent it to drop box, so they received it Dec 1

I'm assuming, Renewal EAD C09 takes about 5 months to be processed.
