waiting for interview
My husband is overseas his 130 got approved on September 18 2020 and DQ October 2, 2020
we are still waiting for his interview to be scheduled at Kabul embassy.
I'm expecting a baby and I have complicated pregnancy I request expedite many times at NVC and embassy no one cares.
i need my husband here with me.

I30 was filled at Nubraska service center, April 9 2020 but case was sent to vormant service center and got approved there on September 18 2020

yes. tier 2 agent. u can live chat with Emma on the uscis website and explain your situation. let them help you make an appointment with tier 2 agent.
