Anyone already got their EAD with same timeline?
Hi everyone, my receipt date is Jan 2nd, 2024. Did biometrics on Feb 12, 2024 but no update since then.
My current work authorization will expire in 3 weeks so I really need the EAD by then 😠I'm adjusting from F1 status. Anyone on the same boat or already got their EAD?? i' planning to expedite but not sure if that would help.
Update: mine was approved May 1 after sending an expedite request on Apr 30.

Try to expedite showing that you need it to continue working. Scan a copy of your current one as evidence. A few people with similar submission dates as you shared approval for combo cards so maybe yours will be approved soon.
