23 days after sending RFE for medical and nothing until now 😞. PD Jun/2020. Any suggestions for doing it running?

23 days, not long. But since initial filing - Jun/2020 is a long time. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@Joe Judah My friend got a RFE for medical exams. She sent it over and got approved 05 months later. I’m not saying it’s gonna take that long, just telling what happened to her.
