I-140 status changed RFE to still processing by USCIS
I received a RFE (1th and 3rd Prong) on Jun 2025, I sent the response on Sept, one month after (October 11) my status changed to case is still being processed by USCIS. it starts countdow until decision.
Nebraska center Block 09237 PD Jan 2024.
Honestly I am worried because it looks like the approval rate is low now, I don't know maybe I am nervious

my Block is 09260 , RFE (same prongs) answered July25, PD May24 and I’ve still waiting, so anxious too 😟

Wishing you both the best of luck! I received an RFE April 2025 challenging all three prongs (PD Dec 2023). Submitted
my response mid June and got an approval day after Labor Day

@Y D me too but after read a lot of comments I decided to hire a lawyer who helped me to build response. but process since beginning I did it myself.

@Y D I got rfe on three prongs also trying to reply. How many pages was your response confused whether to make it very detailed or not
