i will be current in january for my i485 eb2niw (pd 25 aug22-row). my case remains pending as of today (since 2 months). how long do you think /expect the process will take from here to green card. thanks.atilla

I’m in the same boat. my PD Oct 22. Case now with NBC. PD will become current in Jan 24. Case remains pending since June 2023
