case remains pending
I chatted to live agent through Emma and I was told continue to wait for your case to be approval. and it’s been pending since August. does that mean it’s going to be approved/reviewed soon ? No timeline was provided. As per my field office it’s 2 years but I waited to file my i485 until the PD became current.

no telling what will happen. they work randomly. you can be approved tomorrow or keep waiting for years.

I’m also CRP since August last year, my PD it’s Oct 2022. falling in despair here

they are adjudicating cases mostly from July to November
