Case remains pending
Hello everyone. My case I485 was transferred title "Case remains pending" . What's it mean? My friend told me that My I485 will approve by USCIS for next days. Is it right? Please, share your information if you know. Thank you so much.

Mine changed on September 21st and no update so far.

Mine changed on September 19th and no update so far. By the way, many people who received such status were from September where no long visa is available for FY2022. It seems a little bit strange that you got the same message even during FY2023. But based on my searching from online, sometime it seems to have happened, although no one was clearly saying what it would be. Their process seems quite unclear...

@Dongho Oh: Yes. Because I saw many people who received a same status as me. About a short time, they were approved I485 by USCIS. By the way, everything you said, it's right. We can't know how about their process.

i received this status on October 17, no change yet.
