i485J for Nurse
Hi i have a question about my i485J. I’m planning to apply for a 485J as a nurse and I have a question. I really wanna know if my new employer(hospital) have to meet any requirements in order for me to file for 485J. Or as long as they are willing to sign my 485J and then it is the same job type that my old employer sponsor me with then it is OK thank you
Today i got approval notice in my documents tab. but they are asking me for fill I-485 form . May i know how long its take to forward case to NVC (Approval comes from California center)

However, you did not indicate on the petition whether the beneficiary intends to apply for an immigrant visa through consular processing abroad at a U.S. embassy or a U.S. consulate outside the United States or whether the beneficiary intends to apply for adjustment of status in the United States.
