I got an all-three-prongs RFE for my NIW eb2 last April. My submitted RFE response time line is as follows:
- Package was delivered by FedEx on July 22nd
- Portal updated to On July 24, 2026, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for ..
- Portal updated again today to As of July 25, 2026, USCIS is currently processing your Form I-140,
Does this mean or indicate anything? Has anyone experienced any similar situation recently? 🤔

not seeing uploaded documents

I have a concern. today I logged on my USCIS account and noticed that one part of my form I-130 that was uploaded by USCIS had disappeared.
has anyone noticed it too?
what should I do in this case?

Has anyone received I-485 approval after an arrest with no conviction?
Hi everyone,
Has anyone here been arrested in the past and later received approval for Adjustment of Status (I-485), especially under EB-3 Unskilled?
In my case, I was arrested, but the court case was later dismissed by ACD and sealed. I did not plead guilty, and there was no conviction. USCIS has now issued an RFE requesting the arrest and court records.
I have collected the Certificate of Disposition and the other available court documents.্
If anyone has gone through a similar situation, could you please share:
Whether your I-485 was approved,
Whether USCIS scheduled an interview,
I am only looking for personal experiences, not legal advice.

My PD 6 Jan 2025 As of 8 Jan 2025 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By the USCIS with remarks no more additional required 17 July 2025 Status Changed into Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS with same remarks above and 6 July 2026 once again status changed USCIS Is Currently Processing the Case same remarks 2 old status. what happening behind the case? expert opinion required
