Hi everyone,
I submitted my RFE response last week and just received a message confirming receipt of RFE response. I’m wondering when I might expect to hear back on the final decision. For context, I originally submitted my application in December.
Would love to hear from others—what’s been your recent experience with timelines after RFE approval? priority date has been current since February.

Alien Registration G-325 R
Hello Folks! My I-601A got approved and sent to NVC, I also got Documented Qualified w/ NVC. At this point I’m just waiting for a date for my Consular Interview (Brazil) to be scheduled. Do I have to register at the Alien Registration G-325R ? I’ve done fingerprints and biometrics during I-601A and DHS have all my information. It is really confusing and I would really appreciate any input . Thanks!

We waited 14.6 months and finally got approved. 5/19: 12pm eastern time we got an email “we have taken an action on your case”.
We talked to an agent through Emma and our case had moved to the California service center
5/20: Our “my progress” tab updated from 3 months to 6 months. 3pm eastern we got another email “we have taken an action on your case”
Our status had updated to “your case is actively being reviewed” with a 5/20/25 date and we got our I-130 Approval notice under “documents”
