how long did it take for them to process your case/get your EAD?
my i765 was received on May 16th. I had biometrics done for my i485 and got a letter on June 5th that they will be reusing my biometrics. how long until they process my case? I’m hoping to be able to start work in September. please give me any advice 😩 also I have an approved i130, not sure if that speeds things up

Prima Facia For Fafsa
Good evening guys so please I have a question . So my prima ficia determination is about to expire in a month and I haven’t gotten a new one yet .And I applied for fafsa yesterday and because my husband and I are still married but separated i selected seperated and the parents information section I selected parents are refusing to give their information and my reason is my parents are out of the country and after submitting it gave me unsubsidized loan but I thought I’m supposed to get federal aid with my prima ficia or did I do something wrong please. If yes can someone help me out. And also please can someone explain the right procedure to me and when should I expect a new prima ficia letter please
And also called uscis today and they gave me a number and a confirmation code that I should either getting a call from the number or email. Hopefully it helps

God is great. Good luck everyone. If you will not bring an attorney with you to the interview, you are taking a risk you can’t afford these days. I was assigned an officer who was very unprofessional, but my attorney stepped in and ended my interview and got me a new officer who conducted the interview extremely fairly, and I was granted the approval the same day.
