Request For Additional Information Recieved
I sent an expedite request since May of this year, after waiting for months without a response, I reached out to congress representative for help, after two months congress representative got back to me with a letter from USCIS where they said they did not receive my expedite request that was sent to their address, congress representative requested that I give them my evidence so they can request for the expedite on my behalf which I am working on. Today I got this update on lawfully saying Request For Additional Information Recieved even though I have not sent any information to USCIS as claimed in this case status, what might be the reason for this update? I am nervous. My case has been pending since 9th August, 2022.

My PD is January 2023 and my interview was December 2024 i was put on administrative process for four months before the consular returned my Application to USCIS, and it's been a over four months since it was returned, and we still have not heard anything, has anyone gone through this before? what's the process like and was it later Approved?

Just sharing my timeframe. My mothers petition was approved this morning but still awaiting my fathers approval.
