Some of us have been waiting for years and others for days, but we are all going through the same mental struggle. And I know some of us need to hear this, DO NOT FORGET TO LIVE MY FRIENDS!! You are loved! You are not alone! Take care of yourself! Enjoy life with those who are there for you! And if you are all alone, find a community where you feel welcomed (not a kind of cult that uses you), do some volunteering, keep your mind busy, hang out ;)
We can not pause our life because some people are not handling our cases and doing their job. They are enjoying their lives while we are not living ours, so please do not forget to be happy and do not forget your love ones.

K2 status once arrives to USA
Hello, just want to ask if anyone has the same situation as mine. I am the petitoner, I became US Citizen in 2021. I filed I-129f on March 2023. Me and the beneficiary (K1) have a child born prior to my migration to US. The child was born 2006 and I migrated to US 2010. We are planning to file K2 for our child, however we are not sure if he will also be needing the greencard once he arrives in US or can he already apply for US passport since one of his parents (Me, the Petitoner) is a US Citizen.
