is that a problem for them to process my case

hi everyone do anyone have the same issue like me, November first was my deadline to receive my RFE but I have seen in my online account that they receive it November 11 and they don’t make any update.even in my lawfully there is not any update that said “reponse to RFE” my lawyer said she sent my RFE since September. is that a USPS issue or uscis issue?

I have received a RFE for medical examination now my question is. I have my medical done January 2023 but now uscis has updated I-693 form so now should I have to get new medical or submit old one and if I send old one there’s a problem or delay my case and if I done medical again and submit how long does uscis response!

ayer mi i-130 cambió a 2 meses y hoy dice 5 semanas para tomar desicion después de que decía esta tardando mas tiempo de lo normal y mi i-485 hace 3 días cambio a que esta siendo revisado activamente después de 1 año y un mes que respondí un RFE

Please I have a question: I tried filing for my mom who is already in the United States. Her I131 was rejected saying the fee is not correct after uscis already took out $1760 from my credit card. my question is do I have to pay for I131 separately and if so how much would it cost? what category does she fall in? Becaue I filed for my spouse and didn’t have to pay for I131 that’s why I’m confused. Thank you in advance for your help.

I have applied for my 485, 765 and 131 all post 140 approval. I have received a job offer from a very good company that I want to work for. what would the timeline be like if the company is asking for social security numbers. what should I do?
