Got Noided, dropped the original attorneys
started my journey with the famous three letter agency, their attorneys f.up my case because they forgot to send my legal presence documents while I was f2 , which covered approximately 1 year since my entry in the U.S. they just sent my COS from F1 to present. after that mistake I didn't think twice, dropped their lawyers and got a lawyer out of my pocket, which rebbuted all points made on the NOID with robust evidence. My question is: is there such thing as case approved before priority date being current, even though they don't send a GC? something like " your case is approved but we don't have a visa number available?"
have anyone been in similar situation?

how to apply for ead with ap
so my lawyer said she cannot apply for ead with ap for me. im using Safe Horizon of NY. it’s free but they told me they can’t apply for ead with ap unless it’s just ead. so can someone teach me how to apply for ead with ap. also, can I apply for it myself even though I have a lawyer or is that not allowed.
immigration and local adoption
we had custody of three children via guard, our daughters (sisters) age 7 and 8, my son 8 known from birth up to now, we arefiling for local adoption and we are worried about jeopardizing the process because we hear rumors that once they are on parole they might be disqualified to be adopted by us. what is the best course of action should we take?
