All hope relies on this. Tough time going through.
Promised to be back home for my brother's wedding and it's been a year since he is married. Lost my near cousin and couldn't attend his funeral. couldn't attend my sister's wedding.
I don't know what am I going to loose or gain again.
Hope I can see my family soon.
It's been more than 3 years since I hugged my mom and dad but it Feels like haven't seen them in my life.

I submitted all documents to my lawyer on July 2022 and he forgot to file our case until Jan 2023.Me and my wife had no idea on this until I found out this Lawfully application and then re enquired about my case status on dec 22 and then only he told us that in order to file my case I need a joint sponsor. we found a joint sponsor who is our common friend and then submitted the document and my lawyer filed it finally.
Craziest part is he forgot again to add my joint sponsor document with the filing. USCIS gave rfe on joint sponsor and then he submitted it online and since then I am here looking in the sky for flying colours.
Just because of somebody else fault am here waiting without any hope.

I have H1b visa right now. But I want to go back China for visiting. It requires H1b stamps to renter US. My parents have geen cards and they live in US right now. I am under F1 green card application process. For the H1b interview in mainland China , Do my parents living status and my green card process effect my interview result?
