How long is this going to take
i upgraded to IR-2 in November and send inquiry they said it's taking longer time because they had to do more reviews im sending another one in two days but i hope that it will get approved soon

All, my PD is 8/13/2020. I have sen a request but they responded nothing outstanding this time. ‘USCIS systems indicate that we are actively reviewing your application, and nothing is outstanding at this time.’ Mine is CRP. any recommendations from you guys? Thanks
Sworn Affidavits.
Please is sworn affidavit really important for I-751 filling. I am filling jointly with my husband and our marriage is in good faith, I already gathered all evidences proofing that we’re still married but I read online that we need to include sworn affidavits as part of the evidence.
