hello everyone I need your help please.
I first applied for my wife 1-130 as permanent resident,and couple months ago I became a citizen , I requested to upgrade my citizenship in the petition , and today I saw on my uscis account the request for evidence.
does someone have that experience ? I am wondering.

EAD/AP renewal receipt notice invalid
EAD/AP renewal receipt when enter in USCIS case status says receipt number is invalid
27th NOV- applied for EAD /AP renewal
20th Dec- receipt notice generated
27th Dec - received receipt notice by post
11th Jan - called USCIS service line to check case status and it still shows receipt number invalid.
is this normal? how long USCIS system take to show update?
my case was transferred to another jurisdiction, can that be a reason why? or is it my case is lost in the pile?
the call center ask me to write a letter to Vermont to fix it.
has anyone ever experienced this kind of situation?
will this impact extension of my EAD if expired in May ?
any information will help 😞
