Hello Everyone,
how long an asylee derivative have to wait to apply for Green card ? And about the EAD , the form I 765 was submitted at the port of entry and got the ssn already but nothing heard about EAD,so do we need to apply again ?

I received and email today stating that my case was transferred to my local field office, and I can submit evidence to help my cause while it’s being review.. is that a request for evidence or I don’t have have to send anything? and what comes next???

Hello!! I spoke to a USCIS representative today and they told me that if I do not hear back from my i-130 by the end of the month, I should them back. Did anyone have a similar experience and what happened after?
I was also told to upload the evidence I uploaded to my I-130 to my I-129F (K-3 Visa) application but it does not have a documents section. How do you submit additional evidence that was not requested to an I-129F application?

recently got RFE on I-130 & actively reviewing on I-485
hi there! recently got an RFE for an I-130 today to respond to more evidence. In addition, we got a status change to out I-485, which was changed to the actively reviewing, which is the second actively reviewing we’ve had. Has anyone had similar experiences with this?
