EB3 Row 08/16/22 PD set to become current February.
In 2022 I had a project that had me stay in hotels out of state for 7 months cumulatively.
As I understand, EB3-1 is applied based on location. My permanent address has not changed, just lots of work travel.
I understand for tax purposes I have to include time spent out of state. will this have an impact on my pending 485?
I485 , finally producing the card, oh lord that was a long wait 5years, anxiety depression long sleepless night is over .Thanks Lord and good luck to everyone
