Transfer to Newark FO. EB1C RoW, PD current
I just found out from Emma that on my case is in transit to be transferred to Newark FO.
Q1 - how long the transfer takes?
Q2 - once at FO how quickly decision is made?
my last update - BM done on Dec 8.
I’m based in Manhattan, Newark is close but technically it’s another state
any one having same issue? or same experience? this is i824 follow to join
i have i i824 folllw to join it was approved last year August but until now no welcome letter. and suddenly i received this notice. any one having same issue
