Case Processing
Case changed to Interview
Guys, today my case changed to interview. Any idea when I can be getting the letter and what I should expect during the interview? Anybody with experience regarding questions. PD Dec. 5 2022, Submitted October 2023
Seems many people are being scheduled for interview this days. Finger crossed 🤞
Vawa travel permit
I already have I-360 approved.
Planing to apply I-131 travel permit, never did before.
Which reason should put when they say in the formulary:
“On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole Document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered. (See instructions.)”
1000 days…
I just wanna share that today is the 1000th day since my mother (USC) filed for me under F1

Any F1 filers here around the same date? Or from the same service center? How are your cases going?
I live in the Philippines, and I’m sort of getting hopeless since I wanna live with my mom already
I honestly don’t understand how a child stops being an “immediate relative” after reaching 21

Interview scheduling from NBC to Houston field office
My case was at NBC and yesterday I received a notification stating case is ready for interview. I assume the case will be transferred to field office (Houston in my case) and then the interview will be scheduled. I saw a few post where it took more than 6 months for the interview to be scheduled so wanted to better understand what to expect.
